Very smart. She understood me very well, and typed fast. It didn't take long for Alexa to fix my issue. Thanks Alexa! Great customer service as well

Been working with this company for over a year now and have never had an issue, but this time I was in contact with them about some price matching and was told they have the info I requested and that the price match was approved. Have all of these conversations in text so I have proof of them. I call today to get the status of my payment and they assure me that the price match was done but refuse to tell how much my check will be for then the lady got rude and refused to connect me with a supervisor or anyone else who could help me then hung up on me. I check their website again and see my payment and it is not for the agreed spin amount and now they will not answer the phone when I call. They have caller ID and can see who is calling and your account automatically pops up when you call from a number that is on file. Unbelievable that they are doing this as I have sold them almost $4000 in supplies in the last year with they have sold and made back 5-6 times this amount and now they won’t even answer their phone for me.
