Easy to apply and be approved. Card took some time to get to me but it’s a good card.

The positive reviews you see on their website are fake! I received my card in the mail and got an email telling me it was activated. I went to use it at the store and it was declined. I called their office and they told me I had to submit a selfie holding my license and a bill showing new address. After I submitted these forms I was told I needed to submit my social security card and birth certificate and I had to wait 30 days before I could use the card because they put a hold on it. This is the stupidest thing I ever had to go through with a credit card company so I cancelled the card with these damn scammers! Do not apply for this card they are scammers. Why do they need a copy of a birth certificate and social security card? And the guy who asked for these documents was a creep. Scammers.

I would give ZERO. I have two credit lines with them, one with overlimit coverage (accidental sign-up, they throw fourteen pop-ups at you when you log in) and this account was closed without notice or my knowledge, directly by their system, due to "being overlimit and having an outstanding payment." I have made a payment every single month, usually much more than the minimum. I made one *days* after the arbitrary closure. Once I realize my credit line isn't being updated, I call, and Keith from New Delhi tells me there's nothing they can do because it's more than 30 days after the closure. His manager says there's nothing they can do and just brushes me off. I called 64 days after this event. I made four payments AFTER they closed it in that 64 day window. I immediately cancelled my other credit line with them; their customer service is atrocious, everything is automated and outsourced overseas, and they couldn't care less.

I have had an account with them for 5 years. 2 years ago I had a fraudulent charge on my account and they took care of it but I never received a new card. I have called 4 times so far asking where is my replacement card and they say they will send one and they never do. So good luck getting a new card if you lose it.
