I am not able to log into my account since I got my card, and as of this survey I am still not able to.

I got an offer for $2000 LOC when I received my offer on my credit card, it was only $350. That wasn’t nice and I owed $85 before I even used the card. Shame on this company.

I am making regular and consistent payments again now and I still can't use my card. it makes no use to keep. When I have it paid off I will just close it or perhaps you could do it now. Also I won't be reviewing this card anymore.

I just activated my account and I have $145-$150 in fees.

I could not simply change my address. i only moved to a different apartment at the same address. How difficult is that?

I was trying to set up a "Promise to Pay" date for the 17th of Oct as that is when my SS check comes in. Being on a fixed income sometimes monthly bills must be paid after the bill due date. I was told by the representative that no option for a "Promise to pay" was available. I would have to just pay when my SS check arrived and then call them to (maybe) get past due charges reversed which could be up too $41 for being overdue. That indicated to me that the over due charges might not be reversed and there wasn't a way to set up any method to allow for a "Promise to pay" or even a post dated payment arrangement. Either to representative didn't have knowledge available or there was no provision to make any form of pre-payment arrangement.

Got a late charge before I ever received a bill but it's been easy to use and handy
