I have hosted with them for 8 months. Started with a cheap hosting plan with FREE SSL. They pushed me to upgrade to next expensive plan in less than one month. This is while I am using only less the 10% of storage and less than 15% of traffic. Then they removed FREE letsEncript while it is listed as part of plan in advertisement. That cost me to pay for Fixed IP and extra for SSL certificate. Last month they started shutting down the site, saying I am using too much resources. But still I am using only less the 5% of storage and less than 5% of traffic allowed on the upgraded plan. My advice never go there.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I hosted my applications one by one somewhere else. The support is not helpful, they basically say your applications are not going to be working sometimes. They never solved anything for me. This is very bad hosting.

Their support didn't give the attention I needed. The server hour was wrong and they didn't want to update it. On the top of that, if you're planning on sending emails from your application, be ready to pay for the business email package. To finalize, they gave me some DNSs to update on my domain company that make my application go offline. After all that, they still didn't reimburse me for the three paid months.

Had just sign up a plan with them. Wanted to host my SSRS report online. However we had an issue with the SSRS and couldn't proceed. Spent many hours back and forth using their message portal but couldn't solve the issue. They kept saying issue is at our end. Support was impolite and at some point very impatient. They didn't even suggest what to look out for or which configuration to check. Ask for a number to call as it may be easier to speak in person. Support says all correspondence is via their message portal. Not a good service to use. They are cheap for the basic plan. When you add addon and when you decide to terminate within the grace period, they only refund you the plan but not the addon (addon cost a lot more). Will no use them anymore and will not recommend anyone to use them after what I have encountered myself.

I hosted a website with them 2 years ago, yeah was a bit cheap, that is why I choose them. After couples months the site down, they fixed but down again after couples days. They back to me that the SQL server is down. I was a bit shock they don't know the server is down until user complained. The explain from them is a cheap plan always with these sorts of risk. Last week the site's webmail not working, the business can't run without email communication. Then they give me an alternate webmail address and told me that are identical with the original one. After I login, all the sent/ received emails are gone, like a new setup emailbox. I just kept asking why all email lost if they are the same, finally they told me that "We did reload the email service and this is why you see this issue. Please always make sure you ask all your users not to leave any emails on the server.". No apologize, not feeling sorry. The story not ended yet, but I am so disappointed with the service they provided, UNRELIABLE and RISKY!
