Initially I was disappointed, because I was shipped a partial order and it seemed as if the company was not responding to my concerns. Support Asoph, contacted me and shipped my missing item out via Priority Mail the very same day. I am truly happy Asoph was able to resolve this issue and impressed how effective the were in this matter.
