Thank you for sharing this - we’re really glad to hear Asocks is working well for your ad account management over the long term. It’s great that the geo‑targeting feels spot on on your side and that you’re not seeing suspicious activity flags, which is exactly the kind of behaviour we aim for with our residential and mobile IP pools. We’re also happy the connection speed feels solid for this type of proxy and that our support team has been quick and helpful when you’ve had questions about rotation settings.

Thanks a lot for your feedback - we’re really glad to hear you see Asocks as a solid, reliable service with fair pricing, clean IPs and almost no downtime. It’s especially valuable to know we’re performing better than some larger providers on the sites you work with and that you’ve had no complaints so far - that’s exactly the experience we aim for

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review - we really appreciate you taking the time to share how you use Asocks in practice. It’s great to hear that the pay‑as‑you‑go model fits your workflow and lets you avoid heavy monthly subscriptions while still getting stable, fast residential IPs. We’re especially glad our proxies behave cleanly in your scraping and multi‑accounting setups without being instantly flagged by stricter systems and that the country coverage meets your needs. Thank you again for recommending Asocks as a cost‑effective option - feedback like this helps us keep the service focused on reliability and transparent, traffic‑based pricing.

We're sorry that your trial access to the service seemed like a "strange" block. In some cases, our anti-fraud system may restrict an account even in the trial version if it detects risk patterns related to multiple accounts or trial abuse. We strongly oppose such practices and are committed to protecting the network and other users. To investigate your specific case, we need more details: please contact our support team, provide your account email address and the approximate time the ban occurred in the trial version. We will review all the information and attempt to resolve the situation.

Sergey, we're sorry you had bad luck using TikTok proxies. ASocks works with a large pool: over 7 million IP addresses in 150+ locations, of which over 1 million are online at any given time, a significant portion of which are residential and mobile addresses used daily by thousands of clients without widespread blocking. Unfortunately, isolated cases of sanctions by TikTok are possible even with high-quality IP addresses. This is a matter of the platform's algorithms and account management strategy, not a matter of "all proxies are bad." We still want to investigate your specific case. Please contact our support again.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to describe your experience. At the time of your usage, we were experiencing technical issues on part of our servers, which may have caused the instability you encountered. The system is currently stabilising, but we fully understand how this impacted your experience. We are ready to issue you a full refund — please contact our support team so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Once all technical work is fully completed, we would truly appreciate another chance to regain your trust. We would be happy to provide you with free traffic for testing so you can re-evaluate the service under normal conditions.
