This is the most trashy way to scam people - I have blocked this service yet they literally keep attempting all the time to charge my card despite me availing no service from them.

This is a scam, I was trying to access a legitimate medical website and this was at the top of my search results. They charged $66.00 to my credit card and then told me that they don't provide service in Canada, and this was after I gave my address. I have an update. After 90 minutes online and by phone I was able to get them to cancel the charges and the account. They still get a 1.

A scam, plain and simple!!!! I had to pay just $5 to talk to a doctor, who, after going back and forth ALL DAY, basically told me to do exactly what I was already doing!!! THEN THEY CHARGED ME $46........what a joke. Please don't waste your time with this. Go see a real doctor. At least they'll TRY to help you! And the visit is worth the money, not being scammed by these people!!!!!

Don’t bother with this website. It is a complete rip off. It mentions for five dollars, you can talk to a doctor online. I asked about a lower back issue, and basically I was just told what I already know ,and then I was just told to make an appointment with my actual doctor, I did not mind paying five dollars but they send you something long enough that no one is ever going to read it. It’s like an encyclopedia for their policy's but if you read between the lines, you find out that you have signed up for a whopping $46 per month for absolutely nothing! I can do nothing about this $46 that they are charging me right now along with the five dollars (that I thought I was going to pay ) But I had to send them extensive emails to cancel these ongoing monthly payments of 46.00! . In their defense, however I did get an email back saying that they canceled my future payments. Hopefully, that will be the truth I really feel like I was tricked. .. It was a $50 lesson learned. don’t fall for it.

SCAM. They will get you to create an account and bill you monthly for nothing.

This is a scam - you are baited with a web site that invites you to ask a doctor a question for $1, supposedly, no strings attached. They do this to get your credit card/debit card info. You do get an answer and it seems legit (email answer). But weeks later, they begin nefariously billing your credit card - and they keep billing it monthly for $40 or some random fee, until you notice and cancel your card. If you call or live chat with them, as soon as you say "refund" they disconnect. They claim on their site a Trustpilot rating of 9.5* out of 10*

This company has taken a payment from my account every month. Luckily I have noticed and contacted my bank. I didn't realise I had signed up for something I didn't ask for. I only enquired for my mother who was ill and I paid then, but they kept taking money. Ruthless scam..
