Online the company makes it look life it's a dollar to ask a question. It ended up being $66.00 and I was billed again $55,29 because their was a connection issue with my phone and they had to call back. No chance on their part giving me a break, Then there was a third charge for $2.00. In total I was charged $123.29 and because I am Canadian my charge in Canadian funds was $175.61 and they were not able to answer or fix my computer even when via remote they could see my problem in real time. All the tech guy kept saying was I have never seen this and could not fix my problem. No refund offered, just a rude bye. Then I start getting all this mail to give them a high rating for a review. Then today, I receive another bill for $66 because apparently I wanted a recuring monthly bill for them to tell me they do not have the answer and can not help me but we will still charge you $66 a month. Well here you go with my rating to your lousy work!

Hello years ago Asktech was a standalone company answering questions about any profession answers for a price I didn't have a good experience with them all of them years ago so I just never used them again for all these years I was tricked into using them this time thinking I was contacting Metro for some technical advice however was rerouted to ask tech which informed me it would cost me $1 for the question and would be immediately refunded so I bit now, my bank card had a problem with them I had to verify that it was indeed me trying to use their services well I get a text message every time there's a transaction on my card so I put in for the $1 and immediately after I verified with my card that it was me making the deal ask tech promptly took $47 off my card I was furious there was no mention of purchasing a membership for basically 50 bucks no mention at all so I contacted them via piggybacking in the first message transaction told them under no uncertain terms they had better return my money promptly like I said I was furious he told me it would take five or six business days no I wasn't satisfied with that at all they finally did put my money back on the card but I gave it to him good it seems like this company is total scam still after all these years very unprofessional unless you want to give him points for being unprofessional basically stealing people's money if I would not have got right back on it to get my money back I probably wouldn't have gotten it My review is just leave this company alone and stay away from them they're unscrupulous undignified and immoral in the way they bate and switched to take my money I'll never use them again I'll never recommend them to anyone You want to make this company better gut 9it and start over again thank you for your time

They say the charge is $1, then not only the $1 but they will continue to charge you additional fees which totaled $92! Had to cancel card and file unauthorized transaction with my bank. Scammers!

Scam site. Or at least a very deceptive and dishonest site that advertises a cheap fee ($1) to ask a question, but then almost immediately charges you a subscription fee ($46) and then point to their lengthy terms of service (that they hope you don't read) as a reason to not grant you a refund. Though, they don't even send a notice that your subscription will renew the following month, despite stating in their own ToS that they are required to do so by law. Avoid using this service as you will almost certainly be paying significantly more than you anticipated.

Scam. They say $1 then charge $41 with no notice. Do not trust this site

I’ve been trying to find a way to stop the relentless scamming on fb marketplace, so in my trying to find a customer service line.. I’ve only found MORE scams. One being asktech.support, as well as ideas.powerapps.com BOTH are absolute scams! And they’re the first answers you’ll get when Googling for help & support through Facebook. It’s really getting out of hand on Marketplace. As a seller ( and lover of buying cheap things ) I’m being reported for selling “counterfeit” wicker baskets! ( yea.. idk what that is either.. ) but what the bots say, goes! So I might lose my privileges over nothing I did wrong. While also these scammers will have conversations with you! Real, genuine conversations proving how real & relatable they are, only to disable their accounts, so after I sent the item, I can’t get paid! So im legit paranoid now! It’s ridiculous! I’m so upset!
