I wished there was a zero to choose from. Very fraudulent company…. They hask for $5 to get a technical issue solved, but they immediately charged you a membership monthly fee of $50. They are NOT transparent and that’s how they generate their revenue. Moreover the technician didn’t solve my problem. I wonder if they actually have a trained team?? He offered options which I had already tried and didn’t work. I thought I was dealing with an expert…. NOT. please stay away from this company. They are scammers and scavengers, taking advantage of people’s trust.

Sorry, you don’t have choice for zero stars. I’m complaining about a problem started by you, now you want more $$ from me before you start. It’s a annoying circle concocted to frustrate customers.

Can't write a review with Zero Stars, so they get one! The Bimbo who answered the phone told me that I'd be charged $5.00 and if the tech couldn't help. I'd be refunded. When I found out that it was not Quickbooks support, I said, you are not from the company, refund my $5. Instead, they charged my card $55 last month and again $48 this month. They are a total scam

Was referred to them by Yahoo customer service. I was locked out of my account and asked if they could change the number associated with 2FA or backup email, which they could not do either. They charged my $69 and never mentioned it was reoccurring. Just had another charge go through which I did not authorize. This is fraud plain and simple.

This is less then one star This company is a total scam They tell you they are going to charge your credit card for $1 and they put another charge of $46 they did NOTHING to fix my problem I don’t understand how they are allowed to do business on the internet Shameful Scam

I was needing help to sign into my yahoo account and they said I needed to pay a one time $8 fee which was fully refundable. They then sent me a credit card payment from with no amount on it, after I made payment I found out it included a monthly fee of $69 plus the $8. All this to finally get them to give me the yahoo tech support phone number that is available on the yahoo website. Now I have to go through my credit card to get the charges reversed as they are none responsive to my refund request.

Total scam. Wish I’d read these reviews before I gave over my credit card details. The ‘advice’ was useless and didn’t fix my problem. It was clearly a bot that picked up key words and not a person engaging with the questions. The challenge now is to get the $69 per month charge stopped…

This is AWFUL! I tried one credit card and it declined, then I tried another card and it said it declined. The next day I have both credit card companies asking me about the $48.00 charge. I didn't even use this company. All they want is your money
