Great experience, overall. Easy to navigate application process and a user-friendly platform with supporting documentation. However, there's always room for improvement. One area could be to refine your practice/training module. Make it more efficient(time saving) and effective (user experience). I look forward to working with you in future.

I worked with Ethos on a Senior Financial Analyst project and, overall, my experience was positive. The work itself was interesting and intellectually demanding, and I appreciated having the opportunity to contribute my finance experience to real evaluation tasks. One thing I particularly valued was the responsiveness of the support team. I had a few issues during the engagement, including task-access problems on the Feather platform and questions around work-log sign-off and payment. When I contacted support, they took the time to explain what was happening and confirmed that my recorded work would be accounted for. There is still room for improvement, especially around visibility of the review and sign-off process. It would be helpful for contributors to be able to see more clearly when work is under review, when it has been approved, and when payment will follow. This would reduce uncertainty, particularly where several completed tasks are awaiting sign-off. My payment was ultimately processed, and I appreciated the communication from the team in resolving my questions. I would be open to working with Ethos again, including on future finance, review, or quality-assurance opportunities where my experience is relevant.

Workaround is good and can see work assigned and compensation details clearly. 1 star less because the main activities are in small fonts and takes few seconds to search.

Ethos is good with communication, receiving feedbacks and following up on information shared for better understanding. They have a system in place to promptly answer questions and provide steps to escalate (if need be). They admit to fault and clearly explain reasons for issues experienced on the task platform or navigating working on tasks. Overall they are professional.

Ethos presents a great opportunity to exercise skills in a way that keeps them sharp and relevant in their application to AI model training. I’ve been able to sharpen my analytic skills while learning more about how AI models are trained. The Ethos team is highly engaged and provides a great system of training, updating, and servicing contractors.
