Do not go ahead with the AI interviews for this company. They are unethically training there AI model with everything you say in your interview... I applied recently & have heard nothing back since. A similar pattern for a lot of others. They are also now leaving fake positive reviews to mask this. Be warned.

I am not sure if this company is acting ethically, I had completed AI assessments and was told I am a good fit for the role but they are keeping me as a back-up, then I get asked to do more AI assessments for other roles. It looks they are using people to do AI assessments to train up their own tool, I don't think there is any jobs behind it. The pay rates and hours look too good to be true, I do not believe they are real!

Account stuck in "Review"Applied for an investigator position after being contacted by a recruiter. My account has been stuck in "Review" status for weeks with zero communication. Multiple follow-up emails went unanswered. The job posting is still actively advertised on LinkedIn despite no one getting responses. Seeing the pattern in other reviews here - this feels like they're padding their talent database numbers for investors rather than actually matching people to paid work. High advertised rates that you'll never see because you'll never get past "Review" status. Don't waste your time. There are legitimate gig platforms out there - this isn't one of them.

Going on 3 weeks without feedback despite being told via email “will go over the calls in the next few days”. Definitely feels like a scam.

Did a call with them to help train their AI. After that, I never heard back. They advertise very high hourly rates, but it feels like they just use your call for data and then leave your application pending indefinitely. Don’t waste your time.

Fake Job advertisement and AI-driven interview to train their model.

Ethos definitely seems to be a scam. I was contacted by a recruiter. Applied for a job. My account has been in "Review" status for 2 weeks! Not the actual job application, but just my account. The recruiter does not respond to the numerous follow up emails. There is no contact info for Ethos. I still see the job position constantly being advertised on LinkedIn. No sure if it's just a scam or they are trying to get people to set up profiles to give an appearance that they have a larger database for consultants. Regardless, BEWARE!
