Overall a good experience. Navigating the site is not "intuitive"

My experience was good; however, distribution of tasks are the problem

The onboarding journey was smooth and training material is comprehensive and the Ethos team is very approachable and responsive. The playbook material provides excellent guidance on the tasks and really helps build a clear pricture of expected outputs. I found every step of this course full of learning. The Ethos team is doing a fantastic job engaging the audience and the Q&A sessions are transparent. I find myself looking forward to the next session. The one area that can improve is the ethos voice AI - primarily making discussions easy flowing and transitions to be smoother with clear linkage between the prior and next question. I found it difficult to stay engaged while speaking to the AI. Outside of that I love the opportunity matching, selection and onboarding features of the platform.

First off, Ethos is very transparent regarding monthly payments and pays when they say they will. Their rates are fair as well. What keeps me from giving them a fifth star is the difficulty you can have in communicating with humans rather than AI agents. This sometimes leads to delays in getting answers to your questions.

My experience with Ethos has been positive overall. The platform provides opportunities to apply professional expertise to AI-related projects, and the onboarding and task instructions generally help clarify expectations. I appreciate the timely payments and clear payment structure, which make the earning process transparent and reliable. Task availability can vary by project and campaign, so workloads may not always be consistent. One area for improvement would be to provide standardized response templates, sample high-quality answers, and clearer scoring criteria for each project. While instructions are detailed, learning mainly through grading trainings does leave gaps in understanding. Feedback can also be confusing when terminology taken directly from the instructions is discouraged. Clear examples of preferred wording, response structure, and scoring expectations would help contributors learn faster, reduce revisions, and deliver more consistent, high-quality work. Overall, Ethos offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to AI projects, earn supplementary income, and develop expertise. I appreciate the platform and the reviewers who provide timely feedback and support.

I felt that working for Ethos AI is a great learning experience to be able to take an active role in helping AI generated outputs become more fine-tuned by leveraging various industry domain experts accordingly. In addition to learning how to use create AI outputs such as learning how to use various AI tools such as MS Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, etc. It also homes in your detailed and analytical skills to be able to evaluate and scrutinize AI output across multi-dimensional axes and sub-axis parameters, etc.

Have worked some hours a week as an expert, evaluating work produced by different AI models. Tasks are not so easy to evaluate and explain what to improve. The work requires serious training effort, lots of attention and support. Ethos invested a lot in training, helping the experts progress and supporting us doing the work. The only thing I wish they could improve is more predictability of work availability.
