Fair wage for fair work

I've been an Expert on Ethos AI now since early September 2026 (it's mid-October now), and I've enjoyed the experience working on the platform, taking on tasks that help to shape OpenAI LLMs. Whilst the tasks can be very challenging, they give me an interesting look into how LLMs are evolving with the real-life expertise and insight of professionals from different backgrounds, from around the world, and the compensation is great. Payment is extremely timely as well, and I've found the Ethos team to be highly responsive with any questions I've had, or any feedback I've given. I've recommended the platform to other working professional friends of mine (and yes, there are potential earnings from referrals too!). I'm enjoying the experience and appreciative of the opportunity, and hope I can continue to take on tasks on the platform for months to come!

I have been working with Ethos for over two months now on a content grading project, and it has been a great experience from the start. The work is clear, engaging, and well-organized. A special thank you to James Lo on their team, who has been fantastic to work with. He is always responsive, and his team (humans and AI) is polite and helpful. The compensation is solid as well. I've earned good money throughout this project, and payouts arrive on time (and sometimes earlier) without having to chase anyone down. If you're looking for legitimate, well-paid project work, I highly recommend Ethos.
