The training was well done. The feedback helped hone me to become very well nuanced in the ways of correcting AI writing. Payments have been coming in without any hitch. The flexibility of this work is a major plus for me personally.

The Ethos platform is very easy to use and they offer great support for the projects you work on with live training and responsive online support. As a contractor, payments are also on time.

One of the best experience for me is the fact that the benefit is commensurate with the level of work required and the fact that the company usually holds several webinars to train the experts in delivering quality work

Ethos AI offers an amazing remote work experience. The training is extremely thorough - and it's paid. Their support is top-notch. Once you've onboarded, they have a Slack channel with an AI bot, they hold live office hours to accommodate different time zones, and they develop additional Webinar trainings as the need arises. They are continually improving the platform, the UI, and their communications. Also, the AI grading platform is expertly designed. There are minor error messages and they have workarounds until the defects are fixed. The work is intense, and the payout is commensurate. It took me 6 weeks to get truly up to speed, but I stayed with it and trusted the process. The whole set-up is impressive!

I had a great experience working with Ethos on the Expert Opportunity project. The onboarding and training were well‑organized, and I appreciated having ample time to learn the workflow before getting started. Communication was always open — any time I had a question or needed clarification, the team responded quickly and was genuinely helpful. The feedback process also made sense and provided clear guidance on how to improve and move confidently into the next project. Overall, I’m glad to be part of this initiative and look forward to being involved in more projects with Ethos in the future.
