Quick resolution
I had questions about the payment, but the support team not only fixed everything quickly but also explained why the issue happened, gave instructions for the future, and the consultation turned out so useful and informative that I decided to stay longer.

Time saver

Convenient subscription

Took $38 and gave nothing and they…
Took $38 and gave nothing and they disconnected the chat 1st time within minute, waste of money . They agreed to refund my money but then after seeing Paypal say they was no fraud which I never claimed , they said they were siding with PayPal and keeping your money so they “out right” lied to me in emails. They looked for a reason to deny the claim instead of doing what they agreed to in email and found it so they denied refunding my money same day I signed up. Plus all they said was take it to dealership and diss connected me in chat which was ridiculous. Not trustworthy people to deal with. Pure waste of time and money. And yes they reached out private message to say after the dispute was dropped they would refund and then DID NOT. Yes you reached out and said you were not gonna help and charged me anyway so don’t make it sound like you were gonna do anything other than charge me. Last thing I’m gonna do is log on again and have you charge me again.
