Subscription Scam
In February, I called for help. I don’t even remember what about. A nice little chat lady tried to help me. I remember I figured it out myself. She told me there was a one dollar charge. She did not say anything about a subscription. I saw the one dollar charge and then a $38 charge right after it I figured OK whatever but then I saw another $38 charge in March. I called and canceled the subscription about 10 minutes ago and asked for a refund of $78. That was the first time I was told of it being a subscription service.I asked for a refund and was only refunded $19 If the Customer Service person is not going to tell you that the one dollar signed you up for a monthly subscription then this is a scam
