I never even try the app first month and in the second 3 days passed and they can't refund at the time I cancel I don't know if it's good app or not didn't had time to use it in first month so was pay for nothing and the second I wanna to cancel get a refund 3 days after they take the second payment and they just say they can't , they can't or they don't want to !!! Very mad about this situation . After evaluation? I did it 3 times already and the answer is still no refund so the problem is not solved

Purchase was labeled as a trial at a promotional price. Renewal was NOT stated or clearly stated at sign up. App is not user friendly and doesn’t provide you access to amend or cancel subscriptions. The subscription NEVER appeared in my Apple Subscriptions. As there was nothing, I couldn't cancel through Apple. Customer service are not helpful when contacted. Requested cancellation and money back on day of ‘renewal’ to be told subscription cancelled but not money back. For something I haven’t even used! This company deliberately makes it hard to understand what you're signing up for and does not provide access to the basics you should have as a customer intentionally. No refund policies provided. No note of general trading standards. Update: they are now sending me templated emails saying the same thing. Robots rather than humans. Not even offering solutions. How can they call themselves customer support specialists?

EDITED: After my review, I got my refund and an email from them. Note that this review is not about the content of the app, but the experience with the process and subscription ---------------------------------------------------------- I signed up for a "7-Day Plan" for €5.79. I believed it was a one-time purchase. After 7 days, I was charged €74.29 for an 8-week renewal. Here's why this feels like a scam: - The plan was labeled as a "7-Day Plan," not a trial, which is misleading. - The renewal notice was hidden in a tiny paragraph at the bottom of the confirmation email, not prominently displayed. - The subscription NEVER appeared in my Apple Subscriptions, I've checked before just to be sure it wasn't a hidden subscription. As there was nothing, I couldn't cancel through Apple. - The app doesnt show my subscription. I had to go to the web page to check what was my current plan and be able to cancel it (which I did after the unexpected charge). This made even harder to realise I had an ongoing plan to be renewed. - I contacted them within minutes (really, 10min) of the charge to cancel and request a refund. They replied once, saying the charge was "final" and they could do nothing. - I replied to their message refuting their arguments and opened a new support ticket. Neither my reply nor the new ticket was ever answered. They completely ignored me. Yes, I should have read the fine print. But this company deliberately makes it hard to understand what you're signing up for, refuses to engage in good faith, and then ignores customers who try to resolve issues. I'm hoping to be able to get some answer from them and avoid having to dispute the charge with my bank and report them to consumer protection authorities. Avoid this app unless you want an unexpected €74 charge and zero customer support.
