HUGE SCAM!! Run away from this agency!! I should have read the negative reviews and paid attention to the details on them before hiring this agency because I totally agree with everything one of the ladies on the negative review said. You just watch, Tamara the owner will be leaving a long response because she's very confrontational and unprofessional. Obviously their "positive reviews" are from Tamara's family, friends and employees because if every single customer was satisfied then why don't they have video testimonials of each one of them?? Hmm🤔 I had a bad gut feeling about them when Kelsey their sales rep was super pushy trying to sign me up. She literally texted and called me EVERY SINGLE DAY for months until one day I told her to stop and I would let her know when I was ready, until Tamara the owner, hopped on a call without even any previous notice that she would be on it to convince me and close the deal... they succeeded. These people WILL RIP YOU OFF with absolutely NO remorse like they ripped me off!! First, let’s start by saying their retainer fee is US$5,500 for the first month and they promise you you’ll get your ROI the first month because they would take care of the "low hanging fruits" and tweak your ads so you make money in the meantime while they launch "the ads", well, MAJOR LIE!! Then they charged me again the 2nd month $5,000 and THEY HADN'T EVEN LAUNCHED ANY ADS!!😱 VERY QUICK TO CHARGE YOU!! After a long wait, about 5-6 weeks later, then they "launched the ads", with absolutely no new creatives, like, what was the whole point on hiring them? I was better off using an AI ads platform like "preflect ads" which I've used. Then they're supposed to take care of your email marketing and their emails were no different and better than what I was already doing by myself, so again, what's the point on hiring them? I had no results beyond 2.0 ROAS at all! Before they charged me the 3rd month I let them know I wasn't happy and I wanted my money back because I was very upset with their performance which there had been none and they refused to issue a refund and gave me the run around saying they worked on my account, blah blah blah, well, doesn't matter how hard you work on anything in this life if you don't show results! They don't want you to even look at your ads manager, but I had a strong feeling something was up because I was getting almost no sales... well, sure enough, I looked at my facebook ads manager, google ads manager and shopify users and to my surprise ALL OF MY ADS WERE SHUT OFF AND THEY HADN'T LOGGED INTO MY SHOPIFY FOR WEEKS!!😱 So obviously I got very upset, filed a police report and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I contacted Tamara directly and told her I'd do a press release letting the world know of her scam and she said I didn't need to threat because she was ready to issue a refund if I signed a release that I wouldn't post my review or say anything publicly in 3 different emails, then she has the guts to send me one last email saying she wasn't going to issue the refund and I had to talk directly to her attorney😱 WOW! like if I did any business with her attorney! When they were ready to rip me off, WHERE WAS THIS ATTORNEY? These people are incompetent, unprofessional and have no clue about Facebook ads, google ads and email marketing and on top confrontational!! I literally waisted thousands of dollars more on ads and I could have done better working by myself directly with facebook (yes you can get invited by Facebook to work with one of their experts directly and trust me you'll do a lot better and don't have to waste money on any agency which is what I'm doing now). AGAIN, RUN AWAY FROM THEM, THIS WOMAN TAMARA ASHWORTH IS RUTHLESS!! Wish I could add screenshots of all of my statements! UPDATE ON TAMARA'S ANSWER: I knew you'd come on here after my honest review and give your spiel lol! I wish I had come to Trust Pilot and read Darren Pace's review before hiring your agency because what she described is exactly what happened to me with you. It's SO LOW of you to try to put me down saying I've had issues so you can look better. I've already had a few people contacting me on social media asking me about your agency and of course i told them THE SCAM you are and if you don't believe me I'll gladly email you the screenshots! What a coincidence that you promoted on your website's homepage that you had a 5.0 on Trust Pilot and after my review was verified by them, it is no longer on your website? You even had the courage to tell Trust Pilot that you didn't do any business with me and I had to provide them with my credit card receipts. I've been a hard working business owner for 13 years and after you ripping me off with $10,500 I had to bring to light to YOUR POTENTIAL VICTIMS what you're about and hopefully they hire a real agency for fraction of the price! I can refer one!

To clarify the situation, I want to emphasize that we were upfront about our process from the get-go, as can be verified in our recorded calls and communication. We outlined a 4-6 week Results Action Plan and setup phase, which involves extensive preparation – from revamping the entire website for better conversions to setting up comprehensive marketing strategies across email, SMS, Google, and social media platforms. Jainmy was fully aware of and acknowledged this in each conversation, as demonstrated by the recordings and screenshots we sent her, complete with specific dates and timestamps. However, Jainmy decided to terminate our contract 8 weeks in, which, in real terms, meant only two weeks had passed since the launch of our complete strategy. It's important to understand that expecting to multiply business tenfold in 2 weeks of full strategic advertising is unrealistic. In fact, our recorded discussion always emphasized this; our strategic marketing and advertising expertise is most effective when focusing on quality products with fantastic customer service will reap rewards ultimately with loyal returning customers which, in time, will be what grows the business to reach her ultimate goals. Our six-month contract duration is there for a reason: it takes at least 4-6 months of implementing the full strategy to begin seeing sustainable growth – and that's already a rapid timeline in the marketing world. Jainmy confessed to previously engaging in questionably unethical activities. Our company stands firmly against such practices. My Sexy Styles has several negative complaints against it so this is unfortunately indicative of the way Jainmy Martinez chooses to run her business and this also proved to be a constraint in continuing to market her brand. Sadly, Jaimny did not respond well to parting ways, as shown by her review above. As a side note to clarify, we have never posted 5 stars or specific written reviews on our website and only told TrustPilot we were not able to complete a signed contract yet so early on in the process. To address the point of whether our positive reviews come from friends and family: we would certainly not be in business and growing for the last 7 years and have a team of mostly full-time employees, which can be verified by searching for us on LinkedIn (and our team is listed on our website). Of course every review come from our clients, that's why we're on Trustpilot to begin with and we have a lot of video testimonials from our clients (not everyone loves to be in front of the camera so that's why we have the Trustpilot option). The most successful clients are those who value customer service and product quality as well as understand that 2 weeks of full strategy marketing is *very* little time. Those that are dedicated to growing a sustainable company ethically and understand the value of investing in what matters most- customers and quality products - are most aligned with our strategy.
