Can't think of a better way to treat your customers. Ordered the wrong bag. They were able to take back the wrong bag and ship me a new one right away. Really responsive, friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough.

I never heard of this company before. I ordered the AEROCOMFORT ROAD 3.0 TSA BIKE TRAVEL BAG at a great sale price. Was pleasantly surprised that I could pick a free gift. Thought it was going to be some near-worthless trinket... was surprised at the items I could choose from! Ended up with a really nice SCICON RACE RAIN BAG PLUS!

Overall good experience, great product. Communication was excellent and received regular updates related to status of order. Only downside is that website did not indicate item was back ordered and delivery would be delayed by 1+ month. As it was bought as a Christmas present, that did create a small issue. However, company did good job about providing status updates.
