They will not give you a loan
They will not give you a loan unless you could already get a loan from anyone else. Not sure why you wouldn’t just go through Sallie Mae

I emailed the help email multiple times…
I emailed the help email multiple times and I didn’t get a response until the end of the week (4-5 days later). I cannot speak and I thought the email would be accommodating but it is not. Ascent Funding is not accessible or disability positive. Edit in response to Ascent’s message: I have multiple emails of late response. Please email me to discuss accessible communication.

It was a quick turnaround
It was a quick turnaround. Easy to navigate. The only thing I’d like to add is that it would be nice to speak with someone throughout process. Received notice that bill was paid. Where does rest of money go for next semester? Is it held by you or sent to my son? I would also like a receipt. Thanks much!
