Extremely Disappointed with…
Extremely Disappointed with Ascent/Launch Servicing I am extremely disappointed with how Ascent/Launch Servicing has handled my account. Despite serious financial and medical hardship, I have consistently made every effort to meet my loan obligations. I contacted them on July 25, 2026, to request forbearance and still made a $553.90 payment on July 31. Despite this, a late payment was reported to the credit bureaus, causing my credit score to drop 58 points. I am asking them to consider the circumstances, my payment history, and my continued efforts to remain responsible and remove the negative reporting as a goodwill adjustment. Very disappointing customer treatment. I hope someone in management actually reviews this case.

The process was explained very well, and the offering is excellent!
The process was explained very well, including the video walking through the steps and expectations during and after the application, approval, and repayment, and the offering is one of the best! I've never heard of anything like this opportunity for financial support while gaining skills and knowledge for a better career! Ascent Funding IS the model for further education funds! I'm so grateful that I was accepted into this program and that this was offered to me. It's truly life-changing.
