It’s very expensive and slow… No free results. The trial period nothing happens it’s counterproductive. Then they tried to bill me but I had to block the transaction. Then they offered me a free month if I paid then they would refund… They mention it’s a slow process and to pay for at least 3 months… They do communicate well. If your willing to invest a lot of money to get some followers try it but there is certainly no hack to it.

second day to my trial zero growth, they might aswell give a cheap trial instead or no trial if they are not going to deliver anything before getting paid. So dissapointed having 2 days gone forever instead of having other solutions. The only good thing is the UI.

I worked with them for over 4 years. They handled both of my IG's at different points. I noticed the past few months a shift with their work and I didn't see nearly as much growth as I normally did and the followers that were following me weren't from the places I even told the company I wanted to have in my audience. After 3 months I only gained 500 followers. That just doesn't seem right after they've been working on my account for years. Also, they were really bad to respond to me. Sometimes 2 weeks went by.

I have been using Ascend Viral for 4 months, and for the most part, it has been okay. My only complaint is the targeting could be more specific. Besides the occasional targeting issues, my assistant Kieran has been very helpful. I have been averaging just under 600 followers per month and my engagement has improved significantly, so I am very happy with that. I am also receiving more DMs than usual, so that's been great. Overall, I'll give it a 3 stars just because at $139 per month, I am expecting a bit more.

I tried the service for one month with the starter plan and gained many followers, but the cost was too expensive... If I have the possibility in the future, I will definitely get it again... the customer support also told me that if they have any offers, they will contact me.
