This service is useless. I've worked with them for 7 months (keeping optimistic), with my goals of targeting a very simple and easy to spot niche (women business owners in the health and wellness space). It started OK, improved after a couple of weeks, and I thought 'great', it's going in the right direction. However, after few weeks, it all started going downhill. It was targeting totally the wrong people. OK, I contacted them and they promised to 'correct course', saying there are always 'a few profiles that slip through', while they aim for at least 80% accuracy. Course corrected for couple of weeks, then once again, went totally off. Not even close to 80%. That's how it went, on and off, for the first 4 months or so, and I had to keep complaining and re-focusing the targeting, over and over. They started sending me profiles to look through and approve - even though that's literally WHAT I PAY THEM FOR. They insist it's not AI, but systems that are run and supervised by humans. After many back and forths and not getting anywhere, I've had to request to change my assigned agent, as clearly the first one did not know what she was doing (if it was indeed a human). They gave me one free month because of the ongoing issues, which was a nice gesture, but it only got WORSE from there. Once again, had to explain ten more times who I wanted to target, again I was often sent profiles to look through and approve (which again - is literally their job, AND most profiles were NOT the correct audience). It's gotten to a point where only a handful of followers were correct out of tens/hundreds/Thousands(?), and this was not only not helping my IG growth, but harming it - as wrong people obviously will not engage with your content as it's irrelevant to them. My reach has totally plumetted recently, and I'm sure it's connected. Finally, they've now moved onto a different system, and assigned me someone new (without notifying) - who once again did not seem to understand what 'women business owners' means. Two days later - someone else was my agent, again, no notification and they too sent me a new list of profiles to look through - NONE of which were my correct audience (a business coach for construction professionals??!). More complaints, more apologies and more promises to 'refine' targeting. Useless. I don't know if this is really operated by humans. If it is - they are totally incompetent while calling themselves 'marketing experts'. Any real person would be able identify whether someone is a wellness service provider or a travel blogger mum... This is an EXPENSIVE service - I've wasted hundreds or £££ that have gotten me, at best, a couple hundred 'good' followers' and many more totally irrelevant, over 7 months, wasting my time, and potentially harming my profile. Stay away.

Okay so I'm going to be honest. This service and all the reviews are inflated. It's pretty useless. I paid for 7-8 months, hundreds of dollars for unfollow/follow service where 100s of accounts I was made to follow would NEVER interact with my page. Maybe some would follow. That was all. The only useful aspect was pointing out my bot followers but tbh I could have done that myself. Do NOT look at all the 5 star reviews.

Initially, I experienced some frustration getting my Instagram account connected, primarily because the connection attempts occurred during overnight hours and required a quick response on my end. That made the onboarding process more challenging than I expected. However, after reaching out and explaining my concerns, **Ascend Viral has really bent over backwards to get me up and running.** They listened to my feedback, worked with me to resolve the connection issues, and made a real effort to communicate during hours that better support customers in the United States. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to make things right. My onboarding is now complete, my account is officially up and running, and I'm eager and excited to see what Ascend Viral can do. I'm especially interested in seeing how the service can help me grow my platform, reach the right audience, and build meaningful engagement. I'll continue to update my review as I get further into the service and have actual results to evaluate, but so far, I'm very encouraged by how they responded to my concerns and the effort they made to get me started. Looking forward to seeing where it goes from here!

They are 100% trustworthy, you can share your account and be 100% sure your safe. I will say I didn't achieve the results of 300+ followers but to keep in mind my account was brand new literally a month. I gain 130+ followers in the month I was with them and plan to keep my plan.

I just tried their services thinking they will be different, but... They are not. Another company that will provide no results and decline to refund you. Tried their 139 plan and gained 20 followers inside a month, and I think those followers were not even real, they all had few posts with 0 likes and 5 followers on average.

I tried their $200 package, and I all I got were fake followers, for the first 2 weeks, they gained zero followers on my profile, and then for the next 2 weeks they sent me like 500 bot followers. After I asked them to refund me, they just blocked me. Avoid this company at all cost.

I highly recommend Ascend Viral. The whole team is super efficient and helpful. They always get back to me with answers to my 'frequent' questions! I've been working with Jay on Instagram growth for over two years. I have seen genuine, solid growth during that time with the correct type of followers ever increasing. It's a two-way process - you need to be active on your account during times that don't clash with their access. Ascend Viral works away in the background while you post and communicate as normal.
