So I had signed up for a 5 day trial on 14th may with the starter plan. They just wasted time in the first 5 days and after me putting in all the data before hand again after signing up they asked me multiple questions which I happily answered hoping for the service to get going. But nothing happened and suddenly after 5 days they stopped my service without any email initimation. I only got to know when I signed in that the trial had ended without any activity. So basically trial is a scam ! Just to be sure and give them another chance I paid for a monthly subscription and after taking the payment they still didnt activate the service.. after using their chat service on their website I told them that I would put a review on trust pilot and then they just activated my plan and within 2 mins deactivated it again ! Seems very fishy. However in all its been a week and absolutely no activity on my account apart from showing some unimportant data about my account which I already would be knowing. When I asked them why the delay they told me heavy workload. I wonder why they dont put a disclaimer on the payments page that your services would be delayed on account of heavy workload.. pay at your own risk ! Uptil now no new followers, no activity. I never asked them to promise me followers but there isnt any activity ! Pls note this review is on the basis of one week (primarily free trial) and I would review the service again later with an open mind.

This company is a complete waste on money. One, I signed up with them, for three months, I heard from the growth assistant once. Through following and unfollowing accounts I gained MAYBE a couple hundred followers. I then expressed by dissapointment at the service and was contacted by one of the owners, who asked me to take down my google review and AT A PERSONAL COST TO THEM which i found a ridiculous statement seeing as this whole thing was a scam they would put me on a turbo plan for an additional three months if i removed the review. So i removed the review, I was reinstated with the same growth assistant and the SAME CRAP AVERAGE service continued for the next three months. All in all I gained a thousand followers. NOT WORTH IT DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T HELP OR GIVE INSIGHT.

Absolutely A joke Absolutely A joke. Do not waste your time or your money. Everything went down. followers, engagement. Only thing that went up was the people I followed. No response from cust. service when I questioned them either. They said what do you mean. ? I will not update my review and would like it posted as a review. I was an active user and due to negative attacks from this company i will be using a fake name. I did use the service and my credit card was charged. Date of experience: September 09, 2023 There are no negative reviews from this company because they get them all taken down harassing the person that posted them. By email, reporting their social media platforms that they have access to and or getting them shut dow. TrustPilot is where you should be allowed to post true and honest reviews on how you were treated and/or the experience you had while utilizing the product from a company. They should not be allowed to harass you. You provide them access to your social media and I get at. But now it's scary. Please leave my honest and true review of this company up. I have chosen to not put this review with my real name and not with the email i used to contact this company. I have spoken to a bunch of people that gave bad reviews and they company take action agains them. I do not want that to happen to mine. Please do other research about this company and the reviews that were provided and/or taken down There has to be a ton more. Please expect that not everyone is happy with the service your company has provided and we are allowed to say so without being harassed by the company and CEO.

The followers they provided were very spammy. They didn't do their homework to target the right accounts. It should take 10 minutes of work to find the right target accounts. The customer support was terrible. These people don't care about you. A waste of money. Also beware - they have a bunch of people promoting them on reddit. I'm guessing it's their people not true fans. Please note - I was not being rude to the team members at Ascend Viral. I spent 50% of my marketing budget on them and expected good quality. We are a small startup with limited funds. We trusted Ascend Viral and were terribly disappointed. Their team member told me that I had to do the work I paid them to do myself. Any sane person would find that unacceptable. Also they made it seem like I was getting the service I paid for which is ridiculous because they weren’t doing their job! To be honest, I’ve never left a negative review for anyone or anything in my life, but this was truly disappointing. Edited - TrustPilot is a place where you post an honest review about your experience. I posted about my experience and was instantly harassed by the CEO of Ascend Viral by email and on this website. Now I question whether the other reviews for his company are legitimate. Please stop harassing me. If you don't want a negative review, do your job well! Thanks. Edit - The company is doing everything it can to make sure that my review is taken down. Unfortunately for them I have receipts verifying the purchase.
