Ascendtech, Inc.Reviews of ascendtech.us

This is yet another motherboard purchased from Ascendtech and once again no disappointments at all. My customers depend on me to do the best work around on their P.C. and I have to have reliable venders. Ascendtech not only delivers the best service and products but goes the extra mile to check all their products, offer great communication and stand behind their word! I am not sure how many have noticed in this age character is hard to come by. Its very much appreciated when you find it. Will deal with them again I'm sure.

I needed a replacement motherboard for a nice, older-but-capable PC, and they had the perfect product! Priced right, delivered right.... great deal.

I was very impressed with this company. I purchased the wrong item, totally MY fault, and upon me letting them know, they let me return it. Very prompt communication, and no hassle on the return, even though it was my error & they specifically say to double check the part # , which I thought I did. I received my refund, exactly when they said I would & no problems at all. Now, about the product I mistakenly ordered. It was exactly as described, arrived safely, wrapped completely, packaged securely, and arrived quickly. I wish I could have used it but I could not. I am actually kind of glad this happened, as it showed me that I can completely buy from this company with confidence, and if there ever is a problem with my purchase, they are there to help. I highly recommend this companyI would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I received my parts within days of the transaction closing. Also, the item was in new condition as advertised.

Installed ordered motherboard last night and now back up and running well before I thought would happen. Thank you for the quick service.

I ordered a new replacement motherboard from Ascendtech. Their site made it easy to find and order the correct part. The board was shipped quickly, was extremely well packaged and was in perfect new condition, Installation was straightforward, and everything worked perfectly. The company was attentive and communicated very well. An all around great experience - and at a very good price.

Flawless and accurate product as described. MB replacement is as of good condition with no visual sign of abuse nor mishandle. Cooling fan appears to be just brand new. Very happy with the purchase result. Will buy from again if I need another MB replacement. Add Ascendtech to your favorite seller, it can't go wrong.

The communication before purchase to insure I had the correct part was crucial to a smooth transaction. Shiping was FAST and well packaged. After installation I had several clean-up issues to address and the email response from technical folks was very responsive, specific, accurate and useful. The most important thing is they avoided wasting my time! Very direct, clear transaction communication. I like these guys!
