I ordered a motherboard combo just before the holidays..received my unit and I was excited to upgrade my pc with current technology..ran into a few issues, and after contacting support offered by seller..I was so happy to know they were behind me all the way..to the point of sending me a new board..I have never been so happy to have a company that will be patient enough to help install upgrades but is there when things don't go as planned..I have built 50 or more pcs but back in the XP era..so I admit I was a little nervous..this company "gets it" where customer service is concerned...thank you Ascendtech..

In a recent purchase of a PSU everything went flawlessly.

I ordered a custom computer on eBay. I selected the options I needed, and ordered through the eBay app. The next day I received a phone call explaining that the motherboard I had selected wouldn't work for my application. The guy was eager to help answer questions, and make suggestions, without making me feel like I was getting the "upsell". Two weeks later, my computer arrived by FedEx, well packaged, and damage free. I immediately unpacked the box, and opened the computer case. To my amazement, all the options I asked for were installed. They did a great job of routing the cables to keep the case clean, and provide good airflow. I installed Windows. Then the drivers for the motherboard (CD came with motherboard, and they sent with computer). Inside of an hour, I was up and running, and impressed with my new computer. That is a summary of my experience. I'd order from them again, and I have already recommended them to a friend.
