My sweet Belle needed a mass removed from her ear. From consultation to surgery day, I felt very reassured my baby was in the best of hands. They followed up, answered my texts for questions and overall I am so grateful for ASC. (I don’t like to post this part but, the girl taking my dog in was not very “compassionate” and tugged my dog, causing her to almost snap (she’s NEVER snapped at anyone/EVER) and I immediately stopped her and other staff allowed me to walk her in myself.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Infernuso and Animal Surgical Center and the care they provided for my dog during both of her TPLO surgeries. From start to finish, the staff was absolutely amazing — kind, professional, attentive, and communicative every step of the way. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and truly made me feel like my dog was being cared for as if she were their own. Dr. Infernuso is outstanding. Even with an incredibly busy schedule, he took the time to personally reassure me that she was in good hands and to explain the procedure, recovery, and what to expect. That level of compassion and communication meant so much during a stressful time. My dog received excellent care while she was with them, and I’m so grateful for the entire team’s patience, kindness, and expertise. I would highly recommend this surgical center to anyone whose pet needs specialized care. They made a difficult experience so much easier, and I’m incredibly thankful for everything they did for my girl.

From the front desk staff to all of the nurses and doctors, everyone was so amazing. They made an unknown experience with our dog so much easier and guided with so much knowledge and patience. 10 out 10 all around!!! Thank You

This was our dogs 2nd surgery and like the 1st a successful one. Dr. Infernuso is absolutely incredible.

Awesome experience! I would definitely recommend Dr. Kamaran for surgery. The staff was friendly and I received updates throughout the whole process.

My dog had a bilateral anal gland sacculectomy done by Dr Short. I found her to be very thorough, friendly and non-aggressive about doing the procedure. He had been suffering from consistent anal gland infections and at first she believed it didn’t warrant surgery and wanted to take a more conservative approach - which I did appreciate as I would hate to subject my dog to surgery if unwarranted. A year later, after he had another infection, we decided mutually to remove both glands that day after the 2nd consult. She and her staff were phenomenal. They kept me apprised as to the progress of the day - prepping for surgery, going in, successful surgery and then in recovery. The next day they called to check in on my dog, and were very responsive when I called to ask follow up questions. I was extremely happy with the experience

Most traumatic experience. I would never recommend this place. Vet called told me he understood how I was mistreated. There are a few good personal. But no one could answer simple questions after surgery. You dont see the vet. My dog walked into a large bush. His bandages came off. the pillow came off. I went back inside and told what happened. They just raised their hands above their heads. Couldnt tell me if he was aloud to walk upstairs. They told me my dog was singing to them all morning. He was crying. Wasnt aloud to see my dog until I was leaving. The vet promised me another 20% refund back. Never got it. The whole place is a sham. I was impressed with how it looks. I dont think the vet I saw really cares about animals. Just $$$$$$$. Its a money pit. Its a shame. The vet I was recommended to see is not the vet I saw. I see high recommendations on him. And one of my neighbors saw him when he was in Farmingdale.

My service dog destroyed his ACL and his Meniscus. He was misdiagnosed by a different Vet. Then we met with Dr Infernuso. His calm approach and detailed explanation helped ease our concerns and my dog was taken immediately to surgery. He is now 4 weeks post surgery and is doing extremely well. I am confident that he will make a complete recovery and be able to return to service. I am grateful to Dr. Infernuso and his entire staff at the Animal Surgical Center!
