Promised to be done with my order in 36 hours instead I got it in 60 hours. When i didn't get it in 36 hours they promised to get it done in 2 hours, then in 2 more hours, then by the end of the day and I got my order only next day. They didn't provide me any discounts. Girl who worked in Customer service said that because of my complains she is in trouble with her supervisor and that I need to stop calling and she will not help me and I need contact the support via email. It's a first bad review in my life. The worst customer experience!

Fast, so fast!

Full of errors for a simple English to French translation. The documents were never corrected. I never received them. And I was never issued a refund. Do not trust them.

SCAM - Charging $50 for overnight shipping, but using USPS 2-Day priority express. I have not received translations yet...

I am waiting for my notarized hardcopy for almost three weeks. There is no one in the customer support, only the answering machine. Live Chat doesn't work either. Is the company broke? First, they said I didn't pay for the mail. I proved them wrong. Then they mixed up my name with the order number. Finally, they sent me the confirmation email again, and I confirmed again. Now, I am still waiting. No answer, no hardcopy.

Worst service EVER. I requested the translation of a birth certificate, wich is a really really easy document. They made ELEVEN mistakes in 2 pages, eleven! Names misspelled, wrong dates, added information that was not even on original documents... THE BEST PART IS THAT WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY DIDN´T EVEN APOLOGIZE... but of course they charged $150 for 4 pages with bad translations...hilarious. BAD TRANSLATION SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I contracted ASAP Translate to do a translation of my two-page diploma. They quoted me $79.90 for a two-page notarized translation. I requested a quote for 'two' notarized hard copies. They quoted me $99.90. Unfortunately, they only mailed me one notarized translation. I contacted them and their answers are below. No signature, no name along with the reply. 1ST REPLY: "We are sending one copy for each order." 2ND REPLY: "What we meant was 2 notary for one order." I also had to request that they corrected errors on the translation they did. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

This has been hands down the worst experience I have ever had. ASAPTranslate ARE A SCAM. There was no real translation for my documents. It looked like a very faulty AI translation. Unbelievable. My complaints where never answered. I have never had the chance to interact with a human. All emails and interactions appeared to be automated. Never received a proper translation of my documents.
