Even though I am fluent in Swedish, I paid for my résumé to be translated because I was in a bind and didn’t have time to rearrange phrases properly. What I got back was a résumé that looked like it had been plugged into Google Translate. Whoever translated this document was definitely not Swedish — sentence phrasing was out of order, no attention to proper grammar, and use of nonexistent or incorrect wording. Absolute clown shoes. Still waiting on my refund.

This company is terrible. I mistakenly uploaded the wrong documents did everything paid and then realized my mistake and deleted the documents within 10 minutes and requested for a refund and five months later I still haven’t received my refund despite being promised one.

Family placed an order to have urgent documents translated for a funeral and travel services. Contacted the company to communicate the need and time frame. After paying hundreds of dollars for translation and overnight shipping, the company ships the documents on the day that we needed the documents. With our flight scheduled to attend a funeral these documents are essentially useless. Contacted customer support and chat but it seems they do not care to take ownership after they received their payment. Furthermore, I noticed their website SSL was expired during the time family placed an order and communicated this to them as a courtesy. I do not know the past history but I would advise new customers to do their research before paying this company especially if you have time sensitive need. From my family experience, false advertising, false promises, customer service chat practically ended the chat after I reported issue and questionable security maintenance on their website. In response to ASPtranslate. I am not a competitor and I stated the experience of family member which I assisted because her husband passed away. I have an order number and name which the order was submitted under. This information was submitted to trustpilot. I did contact customer service about the issue when we needed the documents prior to our flight. However, no one was able to assist at the time or ignored the issue. Perhaps the same assumption was made on the order as the response to this review.
