I placed request which was really urgent and paid for overnight shipping. The order was placed on Monday and I was hopping to recieve it on Tuesday or Wednesday the latest. Called them and emailed them to confirm that I’ll be receiving it on time. They confirmed it over the phone. They have never sent me tracking number because they knew that I would never receive it on the days that they promised. On Wednesday I called them again because I felt that there is something going on and was advised that I’ll recieve it Thursday which is too late for me. When I started to complain to them they just hanged up the phone on me, and ignored my emails. Never refunded, never apologized and treated me like a trash.

They issued incorrect translations several times. They did not even respond to me for their mistakes. Not reliable and unprofessional.

I have already faced some delay issues with them in the past, but I decided to give them another chance. I have submitted a document to be translated from Portuguese to English. Turnaround time was 2-4 days. I did receive the documents in the fourth day, but it was a very poor translation. It is noticeable that was performed by a software and not a human and no review at all was performed before they delivery this first copy to me. I have email them with all the changes that should be done, and some parts that were missing as well. I have not received any response from them in 2 weeks. I called them several times as well and they always say that they would return by email in the same day, but they never did. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund and find another company to translate my document. Update: I have not received any return about the refund yet.

The service is not as described. Placed my order for 10 days still haven’t gotten any translation or updates, follow up email was ignored, customer service promised to expedite but turned out they were not able to reach their own translation team. The only “solution” they gave me was to keep waiting. This translation was for court purpose and because of them, process of my case is influenced. They refused a refund as well. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

This is the last mail we sent to you. It explains exactly the problem we had: On July 17 we approved the final translation after the multiple corrections required. Today, July 25 we are waiting to receive the documents or the shipping informations still. How can this be possible since we have paid for the following service? Delivery Method: E-mailed, Notarized and Mailed by USPS within 3-5 days. This was the second time we requester your services. The first time everything goes well but this last service was really unacceptable.

Ordered a few pages to be translated, notarized and overnighted to me. Before placing my order, I called and confirmed when I would be receiving the documents, given that I was submitting this on a Friday, I was told I would get it in the mail on Monday. I placed my order as I needed these documents for that Tuesday. Long story short, it’s been over a week and I still have not received the documents. I’ve tried reaching out to them via phone, they said I needed to email, so I did. I still have not heard from them, nor have I been given a refund for anything. They basically stole my money and wasted my time. I ended up having to pay even more to someone local to get this done same day. I would not recommend this place.

Asked to translate a birth certificate from Arabic to English. My name and my mother's name were misspelled. A whole paragraph was translated incorrectly. Makes me think they don't have actual people doing the translation, just google translate. I replied to the mail asking them to fix the document, gave them the correct spelling, or at least get a refund. I never heard back. Will never use this service again

I was issued a 10% discount coupon for having used the company a few times before but could not use it on my last order which turned out to be of very poor quality for which I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I paid $150 for a certified and notarized translation that had multiple mistakes in it which I myself caught despite my limited amount of German. I had a divorce decree translated and the the kind of mistakes made would’ve seriously changed the meaning of my document had I not caught them. I haven’t been reimbursed for the original coupon much less compensated for the failure to accurately translate such an important court document and why I do not recommend ASAP translate. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
