ASAP Inkjets delivered my cartridges quickly and they cost roughly half what it would cost me at Staples. I am a happy customer!

I ordered 3 black ink cartridges based on the price. Assuming the cartridges work well, I'm a happy customer.

I was sent an incorrect ink cartridge and emailed photos of the incorrect one and the correct one. A new cartridge was sent but was still not the correct one. I returned the incorrect ones and sent an empty one of the right one. Finally got the one I needed. Debbie at customer service was very prompt and professional. I expended a lot of effort to help them understand the correct product. I was treated with respect in this process.

We have ordered from you several times and usually receive within 7 days. This time took 2 weeks. a Little disappointing.
