I went to the web site for my Epson printer and thought I ordered ink cartridges. When the package came it was bottles of ink which I cannot use. Now I am in the process of sending them back. This is the only time I have had bad service from this company.

It's hard to review the ink cartridges that I received because I haven't used them as yet. I always keep an extra set on hand. But the price was terrific and the free shipping certainly made everything a great value. I appreciate how quick everything arrived and will definitely use again.

I used ASAP's refill service (apparently they contract this work to another company with which ASAP no longer does business). The refill service was unsatisfactory. ASAP promptly responded to my complaints and gave me a full refund. There was no runaround about needing to work with the refill service or that ASAP really couldn't be responsible for failure of the service or of the postal system. I didn't give 5 stars because my preference would have been ink cartridges from ASAP rather than the refund, but maybe they thought I preferred the refund.

Good afternoon, I'm Lisa and I've ordered 3 36XL, black cartridges for my Lexmark printer. The package came rather quickly, and two of the 3 cartridges worked. The staff is sending me a replacement for the 3rd cartridge. For the price, I've gotten a great deal and great service to match. I will order from them again. Thanks, ASAPinkjets.com.

I have tremendous success with the ink that I have ordered in the past but my recent purchase my cyan ink cartridge was not entirely full .
