this is the first time I have experienced this with your product.

Well, service was fine, received the order within a few days. Only problem is my printer would not accept the remanufactured yellow cartridge. In all fairness I should say, it could be my printer. Altho the cartridge was very hard to place in the opening and I have used remanufactured before and I always got the printer message that the cartridge was foreign, but could still be used...no message this time, printer would not let me use the cartridge.

We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have sent you a replacement for the 1 cartridge that was not recognized, you should have received it by now - hopefully all is well. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do.

Have to say that they fail in my book. Ordered two cartridges for the Epson Stylus CX3200 and one had no ink in it, the other was okay. 50% failure rate is not okay. Will never order from them again.

Based on the feedback you provided, it sounds like 1 of the Epson cartridges you received may have a faulty or damaged chip (the chip sends a signal to the printer to tell it how much ink it has). The cartridges are filled to the maximum, but if the chip doesn't work or is not recognized, the printer can tell you its out of ink. This is a very rare occurrence.
