My honest experience is this: I am about to return the entire order. Not only did all of the ink cartridges I installed in the printer leak, they leaked and leaked and leaked. This ruined 8 out of the 20 CD's I was trying to print on. I did everything your paper suggested, several times and they continue to leak. Very, very disappointed in the quality of these cartridges. I have tried other remanufactured sites and have never had this kind of or this much trouble.

It took eight days to receive two cartridges that will not work. They appear to have been frozen so I thawed them with hot water. They will then only work a short time and the nozzles clog.

I purchased ASAPInkjets the first time on December 19, 2014 and not buying authentic HP inkjets to save money. They do not work. I am less than happy about the response I got in an email asking me to take a picture of them to verify my results. It is clear when you look at the black cartridge that the brass dots do not match up. The connector tape is not put on properly and is pasted on crooked so no connection can be made. I am returning these cartridges and requesting a full refund of my purchase of $39.95. I will no longer trust any secondary market to purchase HP inkjets but will have to pay full price for authentic HP inkjets. Very unacceptable response from your customer service department with ultimately no resolution to the issue.

Have done business with ASAP for several years with great success! i have to admit my last order was a fluke! I ordered with the 15% off ending the next day after my order and they refused for the discount. This was not a big order, yet I had always received super service and this was a big disappointment. I received no explanation as to why the coupon was not honored. I do question if they have changed hands and this is new people!

I ordered my ink and now I've been waiting 12 days now and no ink. It's hard to evaluate the product when it never comes.

Poorly "packaged" cartridges, i.e., shipped in cellophane, in bubble envelope, no hard paper protection of cartridges, nor of entire order. As a result - 2 cartridges arrived damaged. Phone calls to support were almost unintelligible (with heavy accent and desperately trying to read their script, which did not fit my description). Burden of proof on customer to do all the work - in spite of obvious bad packaging. Can't figure out why this company is in business. Who would place a 2nd order?

I ordered ink for my Epson WF-3540. I ordered a bundle that included 10 cartridges. When the ink finally arrived, it was in my mail box frozen. The ink does not work. After several cleanings and whatnot, the black did not print even once but it is empty. (So where did the ink go???) and the three other colors are still just faintly showing up. But they are also empty, (again, where did the ink go???)

Their web page was somewhat confusing. I thought I was ordering three ink cartridges but instead ordered and received three bottles of ink. My error! I telephoned the company and explained my problem to a lady. She said she would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. She never did so. The next day, I called the company again and got a recorded message. I explained my problem again and was told I would be contacted. I never was. I next emailed the company asking for a RMA so I could return the unopened bottles for a refund. I have not heard back from them. No one was rude - just unresponsive. I guess I will just take the loss and chalk it up to a bad experienc.
