I have been using ASAP for many years and can always count on them standing behind their products. Usually I have no problem but when I do I receive fast replies by email or great service over the phone. Sometimes I have cartridges fail and replacements are sent out quickly.
Mario

This is my second review of my experiences with ASAP Inkjets. As I wrote earlier, the people who help me with my cartridge orders have always been very helpful and kind. Clara, Vincent and Patrick seem to go out of their way to explain things to me and to be friendly, which is important to me. When I have had minor problems, they listened to me and helped me. I know no reason why ASAP Inkjets should not get a Five Start rating! Freda Noble

I ordered 3 of HP 901 XL black inkjet cartridges; it took a wk. to ship. Packaging super. (I hate receiving a large shipping envelope or box that has a small package inside!) Popped one in the printer as soon as arrived (was cold outdoors) & worked right away without any problems. (It was a great idea to include a little eraser to brush over the circuit panel if cartridge wasn't "accepted" by the printer.)
