Everything went smoothly, great timing on the delivery and I like the product.

The fabric of the order I received was poor quality. I followed their Return policy to the letter but they will will not issue a Return Authorization, or a refund. My dress arrived in time for my wedding, just as you promised. It fit perfectly, except for the bosom, which I had to alter slightly. It turned out beautifully, and I got many compliments at my wedding on my dress. My husband loved it.

Will not give full refund back on merchandise. Says compensation only allows partial, not full refund when I send back. Material is not good and clothes aren't not made correctly. Trying to get my full refund back per their return policy. They are not complying

The garment I ordered was nice looking at first glance.2 pieces; 1 piece seemed well made. The other was very cheaply made. The size was WAY off, 2 sizes smaller than their own sizing chart. That's not the biggest problem: awrdc states that you have 30 days to return or exchange. However, that is impossible. No phone # available, not even through the credit card company. So I kept hitting the CONTACT US Button, which just takes you to a sales page. I finally found an email. So wrote them. They offered me a $9 refund on a $40 purchase. So went back to my card company, they took care of the matter and I got a complete refund on my card. BUYER BEWARE

The clothes were well made and of good fabric. It took a long time to get the order, however. One item was back ordered and they held the other two items. I got no email telling me this, so I contacted them. The response was rapid and I canceled the back ordered item. But, I feel they should have gotten to me and I shouldn’t have had to request why the order was taking so long. Thought I had been scammed. Good that the response was quick and that the quality of the items was great.
