Do NOT order from this company, save yourself!! Their customer service is very difficult to contact. I wanted to return 2 shirts that were $33.99 each, I requested the Return Merchandise Form per their instructions, after FIVE e-mails back and forth with them grilling me as to why I wanted to return the shirts offered me a $16.00 refund and keep the shirts that I don’t even want.

BUYER BEWARE. I received a damaged sweater. The sweater had a hole and dirt in several spots. I sent them a picture. After several days, I get a response offering me a $7.00 refund for a sweater I purchased for $29.99, when I rejected this offer, they then offered me $12.00. I rejected this, asking for the original price I paid for the sweater. After several messages back and forth I still have no resolution. Their final solution: they want me to send this sweater back at my expense and then they say they will refund me. But they have not said how much the refund would be. The clothing is cheap, polyester and the customer service is poor.

I ordered four nice women’s tops all over $30 each so not cheap. It took a few weeks for them to ship, but on arrival all were a little small/narrow( nicely made, but a little thin on the material). I found the email for customer service and they did write back - first offered me $12 not to return then 40 then 50 then last offer $55. Finally said if returned address was in Dubai!! Their website has a return address in New Jersey on the bottom. They say they’ll send you a label for return and they are happy to help. Total scam.- I have reported them to Visa. I have told this company that they are being reported for fraud.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pant suit for a wedding over 30 days in advance of the event, but my purchase arrived after the event. I had already emailed ARWDC to cancel the order and got no response. I didn’t open the package and emailed them again after it arrived to return it for a refund. Still no response and it’s been a few weeks. Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 dresses on March 14th and after a week past arrival time I emailed them asking about the dresses. We exchanged 8 emails over time and each time I was given an excuse why it hadn’t arrived. On the original first email they told me they had run out of material and needed more time to get some material! When they FINALLY got the dresses made they told me that they were packaging my dresses and they would inform me when they were sent. It took a whole week before they were finally sent. They sent an email saying there may be a delay in me receiving my dresses because they were being sent safely and responsibly! It ended up taking 48 days to receive the cheapest, looking dresses I’ve ever experienced. The 3/4 sleeves were actually long sleeves that reached over my hands and what looked like layers in the ads were actually just printed material. Definitely a NEVER AGAIN purchase

Took over one month to receive shipment. Sizes completely off. Ordered a Large (12-14). What a joke. Has to be a size 8. Trying to return but can't find return info.
