Do not order from them! The pictures online look cool but when you get the item, it’s is literally made in China. We paid 100s of dollars on some items that looked cool but when we got them, you could literally see the mold press on the items. It is so cheap that you could buy it from like Walmart for 10 bucks. We paid 150 each for several art pieces totaling around 700. One was a hand sculpture etc. we expected high quality items as they say online but they lie. They seem to be drop shipping from china. Do not waste your time or hard earned money! This company is literally a scam!

I ordered $600 worth of decor
I ordered $600 worth of decor. When the product eventually arrived, I realized I was scammed. The pics and price point make you think you are buying high quality decor, when in fact it is dollar store quality (if that). I purchased multiple items, and two of the items never even arrived. I am not exaggerating. Stay away from this company.

Dreadful scammers
Another threatening email from these guys today.Received item . Not the same as offered on website. Poor quality. Company are giving me the run around with my request of refund address. Not been given even after three weeks and many emails.no address published . No one answers telephone. Communicated this to my bank and told they are well know for not giving back customers money and had a lot of complaints about them…I have evidence of all their communication if trust pilot asks for it . Beware their email disappear after you have read them so photo them. My bank has intervened and they authorised the refund. They agreed but now threatening me because they refunded me an incorrect amount despite clearly giving them the amount.These people are not to be given your business.

I ordered 2 items from the website.
I love the items. Excellent quality
The issue is that it took over 30 days from the date the order was placed
Strange coincidence is that I only received order status the day after my inquiry.
Even though the products were fine I will not be making any additional purchases from them

Please conduct thorough research
After reading several customer reviews, one in particular stood out to me: “This online store gives the impression of being a high-end, curated art boutique, with premium pricing to match. However, the reality is far from it. The products are of shockingly low quality and are shipped directly from China, despite the website’s upscale branding.”
Prompted by this, I did some research of my own. I found the exact same product images on AliExpress, often listed at a fraction of the price — in some cases, up to 85 times cheaper. I also checked Google Maps to see whether ArtZMiami operates any physical showroom, warehouse, or retail location, but no such premises appear to exist.
Concerned about authenticity, I emailed ArtZMiami on 18 September 2025 using the contact address provided on their website, asking whether their products were sourced from AliExpress. Despite clear evidence and a reasonable inquiry, the store never replied.
Based on my findings, other customer experiences, and the lack of transparency in communication, I would caution potential customers to conduct thorough research before purchasing, as you may end up receiving low-quality, mass-produced products shipped directly from China — a stark contrast to the high-end, boutique image that ArtZMiami promotes.

Will not shopping on this site again.

Extremely Misleading and Disappointing Experience
This online store gives the impression of being a high-end, curated art boutique, with premium pricing to match. However, the reality is far from it. The products are of shockingly low quality and are shipped directly from China, despite the website's upscale branding. Customer service is virtually nonexistent—there’s a phone number listed, but no one ever answers, and it just rings endlessly. The return policy is equally frustrating and feels intentionally difficult to navigate. Overall, this store feels more like a scam than a legitimate business. Shop with extreme caution.
