Great Products!
I ordered a few things from the Artsonia gift shop, and the quality was top-notch. The mug was very vibrant, and my dad loves wearing his grandson's artwork on a t-shirt. I will order again!

Garantee that when you click the shirt…
Garantee that when you click the shirt size it states that is the size. Now I'm stuck with a t shirt size I don't need and their apologies mean nothing or their 50% discount offer, it is a ruse to get you to spend more and it won't arrive in time.

Our ordering system clearly displays the selected shirt size at multiple points — in the product selection, in your cart, when you are asked to review your order, and on the confirmation email — which is why our satisfaction guarantee generally does not allow exchanges for sizing errors. That said, our team did work with you to offer a replacement, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our communication and service.

I highly recommend Artsonia! I setup Artsonia accounts for all my grandchildren and uploaded some art pieces for each one. The customer service was excellent at Artsonia. The service technician helped me create upload files and the products I received with the art works on them are beautiful and high quality.

Resolution on larger artwork reproduction is poor
I ordered a midsize 11x14 inch reproduction on canvas of my grandson's artwork, for $48.52 on sale. Previous artwork on smaller formats like a coffee mug were good. I expected the larger image on canvas would also be good quality resolution assuming the scan of the original artwork would be sufficient to print in a larger format. The picture shown on screen when ordering was sharp and detailed. However the canvas printed image received was blurry on the edges, like if you blow up a low resolution image to print full page. Obviously i cannot return it but buyers beware. Artsonia also offers an even larger canvas reproduction which would certainly be a problem.

Artwork images are uploaded by each school’s art teacher, so resolution can vary, but we do have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and are always happy to replace items you’re not satisfied with.
