Why do you receive profit for my…
Why do you receive profit for my child’s sales on her artwork? She did the work and shared her work and you make profit off of her? This site was created for your profit, not to encourage our children!

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We want to clarify how Artsonia works. Artsonia’s mission has always been to celebrate and showcase student creativity while supporting art education. When families purchase custom keepsakes, 20% of every purchase is donated back to the child’s school art program. This helps fund much-needed supplies and resources for the classroom. The remaining amount covers the cost of producing the products and maintaining the platform so that we can continue offering free digital art portfolios and online galleries to schools, teachers, and families. Your child always owns their artwork — Artsonia does not claim ownership or rights. Our goal is to help students share their creativity with loved ones while also giving back to schools. Garantee that when you click the shirt…
Garantee that when you click the shirt size it states that is the size. Now I'm stuck with a t shirt size I don't need and their apologies mean nothing or their 50% discount offer, it is a ruse to get you to spend more and it won't arrive in time.

We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. Our ordering system clearly displays the selected shirt size at multiple points — in the product selection, in your cart, when you are asked to review your order, and on the confirmation email — which is why our satisfaction guarantee generally does not allow exchanges for sizing errors. That said, our team did work with you to offer a replacement, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our communication and service.

resolution is ok but the T shirt…
resolution is ok but the T shirt quality is cheap looking
