First time ordering with them and it was a little hassle but I was able to get ahold of customer service and they took care of my issue so on that note I would definitely recommend them and will be shopping with them again..they helped me out a lot and were very nice to help...on another note order a size up on T-shirts they run a lil small

First time buyer, and can say they far exceeded my expectations. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to fabric and prints, so I had a lot of skepticism prior to ordering. When my shirts arrived I was amazed how the prints were true to their stock images (actually they were better in person) and I can immediately tell they are higher quality. They are 100% cotton, so they are very soft and comfortable, but my favorite thing is the weight of these shirts. I own several Gucci tshirts, and when you put them on there is this specific heaviness to them that make the shirt feel designer and expensive...these shirts from artsholic give the same vibe. I know this company is thinking of it's customer; it shows. Also customer service is 10/10, so I will definitely be ordering more.

My item arrived with a mark, but they were very kind and offered me a replacement straight away

I revived my order on January 24th and the shirt was too small even though I followed the sizing chart on the website. They have a policy where if you order an item and it is too small that you cannot return it. After reaching out, they said they would send me a new size because it was my first order. After that, I reached out three times asking for a tracking number for the new item. There was zero contact from January 26 - February 7 which the company blames on production being halted due to the Lunar New Year. I am not saying the production wasn’t halted but it is fascinating they could respond to my email on January 25, during their halted production time, but not the three other times I asked for assistance during this timespan. As I told the company I would do in my last email, I posted the charge as a dispute. Funny enough, they responded to me on 2/7/25 and stated my new shirt had been shipped. Then today, I get an email saying they were notified the charge was disputed and are holding the “shipped” item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

The quality and art of the shirts is wonderful! I just wish the shipping time wasn't so long. I didn't realize they'd be shipping from China since all of their Support addresses are US based. But they were worth the wait!
