I still haven't received the sample I ordered about 3 weeks ago, and it isn't even customized. That makes me very hesitant to order anything else.

Hi Terra, Sadly there was an error on our end - some of our samples get shipped directly from the manufacturer, we were told that it was shipped so our shipping manager accidentally marked your sample as shipped while it actually never left the manufacturer. It was a human error and while we are rushing out the sample we apologize for the delay and inconvenience. You won't be charged for the sample and a 10% discount is waiting for you if you decide to place your custom order with us. Our goal is to deliver a great smooth experience and we ensure that this issue will be addressed and fixed. Thanks.

I ordered a sample travel mug and …
I ordered a sample travel mug and requested a specific color. First they didn't let me know when it shipped, I had to call for that information, and when I did get the cup not only did they send the wrong colors the cup was extremely dirty and dusty. I have emailed them twice and have heard nothing, they don't seem very interested in fixing their mistake.

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. Placed order over 1 month ago and have yet to receive shipping and delivery date. Rude correspondence from everyone I worked with.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST TO DEAL WITH
SENT MY WHOLE ORDER AS BROKEN BAGS, WONT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS AND WHEN I TRIED AGAIN THE NUMBER WAS DISCONECTED!!! STAY AWAY HORRIBLE!!!!

Canceled my order that they said they had.
Needed something in English. Placed the order, said it was online, and then they canceled it because they didn't have it in stock.

Discontinued
I had placed an order for coloring books gave credit card information only to be told weeks later that the coloring books i picked out from there webiste had been discontinued 3 years ago. Why would you still show an item on your website if you no longer sell it?!!

Very slow - will not place another order
I ordered a sample of a product and it took over 4 weeks to receive it. I called twice twice to follow up with them and the second time they said it got lost in the mail. I think they were just covering for the fact they still hadn't sent it. We will not be ordering from this company.
