Hi Amalie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a delivery doesn't go as planned. Upon reviewing your order, we saw that the package was unfortunately returned from the pickup point on July 11th. To make things right and ensure you receive your items, we went ahead and issued a full refund for your original purchase. Additionally, we have already placed a complimentary replacement order for you, completely free of charge. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We hope this helps turn your experience around, and we are keeping a close eye on your new shipment to ensure it reaches you smoothly. Best regards, Phil | Art-O-Rama Shop

Hi R K, Thank you so much for this incredible, detailed review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your Picasso tee hit all the right notes. We work hard to find that perfect balance—soft, lightweight, and breathable, without ever sacrificing that premium feel—so it's awesome to know you love both the fabric and the vibrant print. Getting a compliment from a friend while the shirt is just sitting on the couch might be a new speed record for us! Tell them we've got one ready for them whenever they want to match with you. 😉 We’re also glad our team could help get that sizing issue sorted out quickly for you. Thank you for your support, and enjoy rocking your new shirt! Best, Vince | Art-O-Rama Shop
