I ordered a hoodie at 28 sep and never recieven it.I zend an email,No respone,another mail,No response Where is my hoodie?

Package never arrived; no updates via email; no answers when reaching out to customer support; no telephone number to call; tone deaf social media person. Flagged the company as fraudulent with my credit card company. Do not buy with them .

Great quality of hoodie and fits very well !

Order delivered, but poor communication and disappointing quality I placed and paid for my order on 27 August 2026, and the parcel arrived on 30 September. The main problem was the complete lack of communication. I received no order confirmation, no order number, and no notification that the goods had been dispatched. My emails went unanswered, leaving me unsure for over a month whether my order had been processed or would arrive. I was also disappointed with the products themselves. The hoodie has only a size “S” label at the neckline, with no brand name, while the T-shirt has “Art on Wheels” printed inside. Both items are labelled “Made in China”. The quality reminds me of budget clothing from retailers such as SHEIN. I expected better quality for the price I paid. In my opinion, the quality is below average and does not meet my expectations. Although my order has now been delivered, the lack of basic updates and customer support made the experience frustrating. An order confirmation, a dispatch notification, and replies to customer enquiries would have made a significant difference.

Great site to navigate and order from with wonderful ‘not in the usual high street stores’ items. The quality is wonderful. I was kept informed via email from ordering, being in transit to expected delivery date. My parcel arrived well wrapped and undamaged. Although the top I ordered took quite some time to arrive it, judging from my granddaughters delight, it was well worth the wait. I will definitely use Art On Wheels again and would highly recommend.
