I took the beginner course again this weekend, I think for the 5th time since 2015. It is such a beautiful course to set you on and remind you of the path to peaceful joyful living. Instructors were so sincere and authentic. A great experience.

The Art of Living Sky Breath meditation class was worth the time and the cost. I wanted help in starting my meditation practice as a beginner because it has been intimidating for me. The instructors, Rekha and Tejas made it so comfortable that I could be myself and let them know any parts of the practice that I was struggling with. The repetition was good because I feel ready to do it on my own.

This organization offers so many practical courses for handling the stresses of life. I'm so glad I discovered these simple tools for managing difficulties. It's healthy, simple, and works better than therapy or medication.

My teachers - Divya, Shashin and Aashish were great. Welcomed me with open arms without any judgment. Walked me through every step. Explanations were clear. Amazing support!

This was a wonderful learning experience due to the nurturing and knowledgeable facilitators, the interactive learning experiences, and mostly, the breathing techniques themselves. In practicing the techniques and breath work we would receive timely feedback from instructors thus ensuring our practice was on target. Our group experience became like a friendship group due to the activities planned by our wonderful leaders! I cannot say enough positive things about them! We now make the Sky Breathing part of our daily routine using our app and have daily access to group members and facilitators! How fabulous is that? It’s been a transformative experience and I rate it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a delicious surprise! I expected to be taught breath techniques, I guess clinically. I was not expecting the opportunity to be in community with such loving folks! The instructors were particularly warm and welcoming. Shubhada, Vivek and Sunita ~ you three are magic! Your authenticity and ability to radiate love via zoom is palpable. The techniques taught are practical and necessary for my self care. I will incorporate them into my morning routine, so exciting! I'm forever grateful to you and this program.❤️

My teachers were competent and caring. They took time to make us feel safe. I felt that I was part of a group that cared. The actual breathing practice was effective. I'm confident about practicing the breathing techniques that I learned at home and I'm keen about joining more guided sessions.
