I did not know what to expect, but I went in with an open heart and desire to learn. I am so glad that I trusted my impulse to register. I gained knowledge and tools that I am excited to put into practice. The facilitators and volunteers were patient and kind. They were able to get everyone involved and encouraged input.

The tecnique is really very helpful. To strengthen the arms, the lungs, the cleaning effect especially on the respiratory system is noteable after the first day of practice. Also the calm and stillness of the mind. It's a really good opener for diving into a more deeper meditation.

Sky Meditation was a terrific experience. The instructors were highly educated. Now that the workshop is finished we still meet up for sessions. It was a wonderful experience that I plan on continuing. I completed some research on this particular organization and statistically, they are the best meditation organization worldwide. Personally, I'm a hyper individual by nature which lead me to believe sitting for an extended period of time would be difficult. That was not the case at all...if you are looking for a positive change in your life give this a chance to enhance your life. If you stress relief this is the place to be!!!

An amazing, very well-organized online breathing and meditation program. Instructors are not only highly skilled but also very caring. Already improved my sleep and feel less stressed even in the stressful working environment. Many thanks to the instructors for teaching me this life-changing breathing and meditation technique.

This has been a great start of a new journey. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and this has eased those feelings. I would tell anyone to give it a try. The day I was introduced my teacher told me the change was palpable. Indeed it was. This practice barely takes time out of your day but it changes your day for the better.
