My review of the program for me it seem to have arrived in my Life at the right time. I'm at Vietnam combat veteran with PTSD. Anger has been an issue with me for sometime. I've recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea, high blood pressure, border line diabetes, slight cholesterol,and afib. I'm 71years old. Since being diagnosed with these illnesses I have taken notice of myself realizing these items have alot to do with self denial of looking at myself. The SKY program for me has made me look at myself closely to acknowledge my symptoms have been self-induced by not dealing with myself, I feel that the program has helped me look at myself closely by simple means of breath and acknowledging the feeling that have surfaced during my mind being in conflict with myself causing illnness. I have decided to confront some of my issues one being commitment to a relationship, today on my 8th day of practice and the results felt immediatley once I've confronted this issue. It felt like a cleanse to my spirit immediately.

I am so happy to be on this journey with you. It has given me much to think about. I do know that we are all connected with one light. It gave me energy and knowing we are all the same just different problems. I do love the experience and know with time I will become peaceful always. Thank you

I was so surprised at how quickly the mind adapts and stops the mental chatter. The instructor was so calm and composed This is a must for anyone who over thinks.

It was absolutely wonderful! I learned a lot and met amazing people. I love that we can continue to keep in touch and motivate each other throughout this journey.

The teachers for the sessions were very kind and loving. The compassion and loving awareness was very heartfelt and pure. My experience was one of opening the heart center. This practice is needed the world over to awaken us to the knowledge of that what we seek is right inside of us.

I was invited to a intro to Sky (short 2 1/2 hour session) and then followed up with a Sky Meditation Class with Jasleen Sobti via Zoom ( 3 days of 2 1/2 hours each). I found the intro and class very informative, helpful and just plain useful. I already had a regular meditation practice, but recently, I felt that I needed something more. The breathwork that Sky adds has been perfect to calm my recent anxiousness and feelings of "not-enough". Jasleen was a wonderful, supportive instructor. I love her personality, relatability and authenticity. Since the course, I've added Sky to my daily practice. I feel great and am not the least bit anxious.
