One of the most incredible meditation retreat places I’ve been to. It literally felt like I was somewhere magical! Such a treat. Will be coming back every year. Thank you to all staff and mentors who made my meditation journey so memorable. Very Grateful! 🙏🏽

I had a phenomenal experience in this class. It really taught me how to be present in the here and now and not to allow thoughts of the past or the future to interrupt your now. The deep breathing and meditation that I have learned will assist me in my journey of living in peace. I would definitely recommend this class. I’m looking forward to the possibility of attending one of the on-site retreats!

The Sky Breathing was a valuable, interesting and enjoyable experience. The leaders were pleasant, experienced and I could tell they love teaching others. I looked forward to each session. Using zoom was great to take the course at home and still get to know the other learners. I enjoy my home practice every day.

This place is a hidden gem! I had the opportunity to take the SKY Breath meditation and Silent Retreat at the Art of Living Center in Boone a few years ago and have been coming here every so often, since. Everything about this place is amazing - good food, great programs and majestic views!! It has become my home away from home.
