Horrible service. They need to do a better job in the customer service area.

Beware!!! Took my payment and never shipped Products. There is no customer service. Called over a month and no one returned my calls or emails.

I was quite disappointed that this is actually made in China. I did not expect that and I thought I had done my research. It does actually have some kind of fragrance that's a little bit off center.

I love art naturals products was running low on my oils, i placed a new order on 03/04/2021, one month later my order still says processing, howver the money was deducted from my accout, i have wrote multiple emails, i have called multile times and it does not connect me to a representative it makes me leave a message I still have not had a response via email or telephone, I am highly disappointed. 04/20/2021 Update .. the products shipped 1 day after writing this review, it took over 1 month for them to ship me my order and still i never heard from customer service, the products did finally arrive exactly as i ordered (box they arrived in was pretty beat up), u was finally happy to receive my products as i do genuinely like their products, however their customer service was horrible

I have so many of these bottles bought for covid and had no clue that the benzene in them could cause CANCER! Now I guess I just throw them away.

Ordered 16 essential oils and diffuser March 24 2021 still have not received order. Contacted company by email twice, still no response. Called listed contact number several times only get answering machine left messages still no response. Trying to find a way to get my money back. Terrible experience! Never again

Customer service is most terrible. I received all damaged package for sanitizer stuff and I try to contact customer service through the email and phone calls. No one reply to email and no one answer or call back even that was during the business hours or after few days past. They said reply email or call back within 24 hours but that's lie. This is one of the worst customer support ever. Especially when you purchasing sanitizer stuff but receiving unsanitary stuff against COVID19 period

I placed an order on the 10th December 2020. I was ill and completely forgot about my order until the 20th March 2021. The company told me as I was outside the 3 month period of my order that they could not do anything for me.
