I have been ordering from ArtNaturals for many years. I continue to make purchases only because I feel their products are superior to other brands available. HOWEVER, more often than not, one or many of the essential oil bottles leak in transit (an issue long before the pandemic). In fact, my order arrived today (June 10) and a bottle leaked. I used to get great customer service and concern on their end, that is not the case any longer. I stopped contacting ArtN with the issues. Might seem silly but it is an issue when a bottle is half full and I am made to feel like I am the one with the problem.

The first order I was sent 3 lemon instead of lemongrass.. but they ended up correcting it so I purchased again and this time the avocado oils was halfway empty and leaked over the order. My last AND final order was a my fault. I should’ve just said screw the sale and pay whole price but nope. Ordered during the holidays and (dec) & JUST received missing pieces frm my order in May. Just horrible shipping. The carrier oils have been good but the essential oils don’t last / not potent

My order was short product I had paid for they did send it right out to me when I called but no other customer satisfaction offered other than a sorry

These are our favorite to use to disinfect hands but there is definitely a distinctly different and stronger smell than the batch we first had. Has the formula changed? Ingredients listed are still the same…

Totally non responsive and it took forever to get my sanitizer last year. When I received it, the seal was open, allowing the contents to leak. Would not recommend at all.

First, my package was lost, and the USPS instructed me to notify the sender. I called and left messages and had no response. Then I sent an email, and again, no response. Finally, my package showed up, and it was packed so badly that two of the bottles had leaked. What a mess! Again, i tried to contact the sender, and again I received no response. When I finally was able to use the product, the quality was not consistent among the bottles. Recently I was shopping in a local Rite-Aid Drug Store and saw your product on the shelf. I told the manager that I would never use that product. Thank you for asking.
